The International Partner and Delegation Leader Recognition Reception was held on June 1, 2009, at the ASTD 2009 International Conference & Exposition in Washington, DC. ASTD’s Global Networks and Global Partners were recognized for their 2008 activities. Also recognized were two non-partner organizations that provided outstanding international support in 2008.

The recognition program was led by ASTD President & CEO Tony Bingham, with 2009 Chair Jim Caprara of Ciena and 2009 Chair Elect Rob Lauber of Yum! Brands.
