New IRS Regulation May Affect Your Chapter
ASTD chapters that have more than $25,000 in gross revenues and file their own Form 990 do not have to file Form 990-N. Chapters with less than $25,000 in gross revenues should file Form 990-N. The deadline for filing is by the 15th day of the fifth month after the close of your tax year (for many chapters this deadline will be May 15).
