ASTD chapters that have more than $50,000 in gross revenues should file a Form 990. Chapters with less than $50,000 in gross revenues should file Form 990-N. The deadline for filing is by the 15th day of the fifth month after the close of your tax year (for many chapters this deadline will be May 15).
