Geoff has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. In previous positions, he served as Field and Membership Manager for the American International Automobile Dealers Association, and the National Field Director for The Leadership Institute. Most recently, he has worked as an executive recruiter. Geoff is originally from Flushing, New York.

Nicole has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a Master’s of Public Administration from George Mason University.  Nicole has lived in Greece and Spain, and has a background in management consulting as well as experience coaching people in the fitness arena.

Originally from the Niagara Falls area of New York, Scott has a BA in International Business and Economics, and Spanish from SUNY Brockport, and an MA in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University. Scott has lived in Spain, Costa Rica, and Mexico, and has a professional background in accounting, finance, and consulting.

Some of the ways your chapter coach can work with you and your chapter:

  • Lead a web tour conference call to familiarize board members with resources available from ASTD.
  • Participate in a board meeting or retreat, in person or via conference call.
  • Support a chapter event (exhibit ASTD materials, recognize volunteers).
  • Connect you with other chapter leaders around the country.
  • Go with you to approach a company about ASTD membership.
  • Help you get materials from ASTD, such as brochures.
  • Conduct phone meetings with specific board members.
  • Help you identify chapter best practices.

Some ways you can help your chapter coach know and understand your chapter:

  • Include your chapter coach on your chapter's mailing list.
  • If you have a question or idea, or need help, please feel free to call or email your chapter coach.
