Benchmarking Forum
The ASTD Benchmarking Forum has been building its consortium of private and public sector organizations from around the world since 1991. Companies join the Forum to benchmark learning and performance improvement processes, practices, and outcomes against the accomplishments of Forum members and to engage a worldwide network of high-level professionals and organizations. All information is kept confidential between Forum members so they may use the Forum as a safe haven for open communication among leaders in the profession.
Utilizing the vast resources of ASTD and the experience and expertise of member organizations, the Forum is driven by the interaction between the representatives of its member organizations and provides exclusive resources to meet three broad needs:
Networking with representatives from world-class companies;
Measuring your company against best-in-class workplace learning and performance practices;
Accessing leading practices, strategies, tactics and insight from fellow members.
