So begins the home page of Sartori Foods, the award-winning, family-owned cheese manufacturer headquartered in Plymouth, Wisconsin.
But culinary ideas aren’t the only inspirations that make Sartori Foods unique. The company has taken such a fresh approach to employee recruitment that in 2008 its efforts to staff a new cheese converting plant in Plymouth attracted 700 applicants.
