Time Management Training

Learning to manage time well is a crucial skill that can easily make or break a person’s success. Time Management Training helps trainers develop and conduct workshops to teach time management skills to others—and to help them toward a more successful (and less stressful) future.

Workshop participants will become aware of their time management behaviors and then change habits and develop the new skills needed to be more effective time managers. They’ll also find out how to deal with time-control issues like procrastination, interruptions, effective delegation, and email.

Lisa J. Downs is no stranger to time-driven environments. As a training and development specialist for T-Mobile’s business operations department, she is uniquely equipped to deliver the tools and knowledge needed to help others manage time effectively. Her extensive experience includes years as a workshop facilitator and coach, as well as a curriculum designer.

 

Downs has an engaging writing style that consistently conveys her enthusiasm for helping others—including you, the trainer. Her expertise can help you create a learning environment that balances individual needs and personalities with the time-pressured realities of today’s workplace.

 

With her background rooted in the accounting industry, Downs has held positions with The Growth Partnership and Clark Nuber PS.
