Project Management Training

By Bill Shackelford

Like all books in the Trainer's WorkShop series, Project Management Training offers practical, ready-to-use programs that allow users to create half-day, full-day, and multi-day workshops. This book offers an easy-to-use methodology for project management training that recognizes nearly everyone is a project manager. Participants in the workshops will learn how to minimize project management failures, while you, the facilitator, will learn how to train an organization of "project-oriented thinkers." You will also get direct advice for choosing training session content, sample training agendas, and step-by-step preparation and training delivery instruction.
