Karen Lawson, PhD, is your guide to new employee orientation training. Her background includes extensive experience consulting for small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. As founder and president of Lawson Consulting Group, she specializes in organization and management development, as well as executive coaching.

Lawson has written 10 books in her field and has contributed numerous articles to professional journals. She holds a PhD in adult and organization development from Temple University and is an adjunct professor for the international MBA program at Arcadia University. Named one of Pennsylvania’s 2005 “Best 50 Women in Business,” Lawson is also one of only 400 people worldwide holding the Certified Speaking Professional credential.
