Voices

As part of the ASTD Handbook of Measuring and Evaluating Training, we have asked Rebecca Ray, award-winning chief learning officer and an expert in talent management, to interview some of the founding voices of the measuring and evaluating field. The first of these interviews, which also celebrates the 50th anniversary of his seminal articles on the four levels of evaluation in T+D, is with Donald Kirkpatrick.
