Diversity Training

By Cris Wildermuth with Susan Gray

Traditionally, diversity education initiatives inevitably involve the catchphrase "celebrate diversity." Although the authors appreciate this approach, this book offers a fresh perspective called Conversity, defined as a process that brings people together through an active search for common ground.

Like all the other books in the Trainer's WorkShop series, Diversity Training provides you with all the tools and resources you need to conduct effective diversity training in your organization. It includes guidance on how to build a case for improving diversity relations, along with ammunition to use when separating myth from fact in your debates. In addition, you will find a complete guide to planning and facilitating a leadership kickoff session, with a fully scripted presentation with PowerPoint slides.
