Audrey Dworek, Facilitator
Russell Martin & Associates

After 37 years of working in the telecommunication industry, Audrey retired from SBC/AT&T in July of 2005. Her work experiences include key leadership positions in customer service and sales, data processing, human resources and the outside field organization. She was in her last assignment as General Manager of Indiana Installation and Repair for 5 years.

Audrey believes that the 8 years she spent in various Human Resources assignments built the foundation for her future success in business. During that time she delivered training that focused on problem solving, effective written and oral communication, the importance of strong leadership and managing personal growth. Her students were middle managers representing all aspects of the telecommunication business. She also developed and delivered customized team building sessions and coordinated training of the company’s Quality process. Whatever topic she’s training, Audrey enjoys seeing a student’s eyes light up when “they get it!”

During her career Audrey attended numerous workshops and seminars on leadership and management development. She also attended the Wabash College Institute for Personal Development which focused on public speaking and effective communication. But, it’s her real world business experiences that enhance the learning experience for her students.

Audrey is married and lives in Avon, Indiana with her husband. She enjoys travel, gardening, is an avid walker and loves having the time to read. She does volunteer work for her church and the Ronald McDonald house. Since retirement Audrey has held the position of Indiana VP with AT&T’s Pioneer organization.
