Essentials of Learning Transfer

Cal Wick, Chairman, Fort Hill Company and Andrew Jefferson, CEO, Fort Hill Company

Member Fee: $495
Nonmember Fee: $795

This online program contains the same  content and is taught by the same  facilitators as the Learning Transfer Conference.

Why Learning Transfer

Learning, no matter how good, only has value when it is transferred and applied well in work. In these online workshops, you will learn and put into practice the six disciplines that are guaranteed to cause learning programs to deliver on-the-job results. These workshops will provide you tools and job-aid handouts that you can apply on the job immediately.

Do Learning Transfer

To practice what we preach, bring either a new program you are designing or a current program you want to improve, which will become your personal case study during the workshop.

Essentials of Learning Transfer begins with three highly interactive workshop sessions spaced one week apart.  One month later during a final Capstone session you and the other participants will share your learning transfer achievement stories and lessons learned. Before and between your workshop sessions you will be supported by an innovative web-based Learning Transfer System called ResultsEngine® to accelerate your ability to make visible and valuable progress.

Visible and Valuable Improvement

By the end of this program, you will be able to document the improvements you have made and the more valuable results you are delivering to your business or client.

Audience

Those who have responsibility for the design and/or delivery of learning initiatives that are important to the success of a business or organization. Workshop participants and their organizations should have a strong desire for learning to deliver valuable workplace results.

This online program contains the same  content and is taught by the same facilitators as the Learning Transfer Conference.  By the end of this program, you will have:

  • Understood the disciplines that most cause learning transfer to happen.
  • Applied these disciplines to an important learning program.
  • Increased the value your learning program will deliver.

Please note that pre-work is part of this program so the earlier you register, the more prepared you will be for the program. We recommend that you register at least five days in advance.
