Essentials of Learning Transfer begins with three highly interactive workshop sessions spaced one week apart.  One month later during a final Capstone session you and the other participants will share your learning transfer achievement stories and lessons learned. Before and between your workshop sessions you will be supported by an innovative web-based Learning Transfer System called ResultsEngine^® to accelerate your ability to make visible and valuable progress.

About the facilitators:
