In this three-part online workshop, you will learn what constitutes intellectual property, what you should do to protect yours, and what you must do to avoid being sued for infringing someone else’s. The facilitator will examine the concept of Fair Use and explore in detail the factors that will help you in deciding just how much of someone’s work you can use. The workshop will also address participants’ specific questions about getting permission and share strategies for identifying what you have that needs to be protected. This workshop is suitable for both external consultants and internal practitioners.
