She writes her own monthly e-zine, Learning Flash, with a loyal readership of over 10,000 people internationally. She offers quarterly webinars on multiple topics, and has authored publicly available courses for Villanova University, Nielsen, Elluminate and ASTD. Lou serves on the boards of Butler University and ITT Technical Institute. Her background includes an “expired’” BS from Purdue University in Computer Science and an MS in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University. She is the original queen mother of the local “Wine and Whine” group in Indianapolis, and past president of the local SIM chapter. She is a proud Vistage member.
