Learning for Multiple Generations Certificate Program

Leverage the capacity of all generations in your workplace so you can positively impact the bottom line.
A generation can be defined more by what they value, think, feel, and experience than by the date they were born. Today's successful organization must enhance learning so that it engages all generations. Participants will leave this program  with techniques and methods that work best for the four generations represented in today's dynamic workforce regarding communication, motivation, feedback, and values.

Audience
Participants should already have experience in designing learning and have a business need to understand the best practices in developing and motivating all generations in their workplace.

Course Description

For the first time in history, four different generations are working together in the workforce. The same old training and communication methods don’t always work for each generation and organizations have to adapt and be flexible in how they train, lead and engage all generations.  This cutting edge two day program will help you create long lasting learning solutions, better communication and motivation strategies so you can harness the strengths of each generation. In partnership with Leadersearch, ASTD has created a unique program that will show you how gain high impact performance from your multi-generational teams.

On-Site Offerings
ASTD can make arrangements for the Learning for Multiple Generations Program to be offered at your organization. You might find it is easier, and more cost effective, for one of our facilitators to come to your site and teach a three-day seminar. Your attendees participate in the same learning experience offered at our public seminars, but have the convenience of being at your site and the benefit of covering the material with company peers.
