Day Two: Create a Training Design Aligned to Business Requirements
- Write course goals and objectives and major content aligned to business objectives
- Conduct and summarize a job/task analysis
- Apply human cognitive psychological processes and research evidence to use of text, visuals, and audio in training
- Prepare a design document using a template
- Gather and analyze data to define a blended approach to an instructional project.
Day Three: Develop Instructionally Effective Training Programs within Organizational Constraints
- Create a lesson package with participant guide, instructor guide, and specifications for slides
- Create valid test items to measure the attainment of the lesson's learning objectives.
