How will you prepare and succeed on the CPLP exam and work product submission? ASTD, in partnership with colleges and universities, currently provides a campus-based, instructor-led program to help you do just that! CPLP on Campus offers you the ability to dig deeper into the ASTD nine areas of expertise making up the exam content. Your knowledge of the field will be enhanced through activities and practice questions. You’ll also learn how to successfully prepare a high-quality work product!
The new CPLP on Campus program is ideal for individuals who prefer to learn in an interactive environment with other committed professionals, and need a structured, collaborative process for preparing for the exam and work product requirements.
Who Can Benefit from CPLP® on Campus?
This program is based on the ASTD Learning System covering the profession’s nine areas of expertise: (1) designing learning, (2) delivering training, (3) improving human performance, (4) measuring and evaluating learning, (5) facilitating organizational change, (6) coaching, (7) career planning and talent management, (8) managing the learning function, and (9) managing organizational knowledge. CPLP on Campus is primarily designed to prepare an individual for the CPLP certification.
However, other individuals might find the content enriching as well:
- CPLP credentialed individuals seeking recertification credits
- WLP and related professionals seeking to deepen their knowledge base and skills
- WLP professionals seeking a broad overview of the field beyond their specialty
- Experienced professionals and managers who are newer to the WLP field
- Mid-level managers who would like to prepare themselves for a career change into the WLP profession
