This program is designed for those who have the following qualifications:

  • If you have three years of relevant work experience in the workplace learning and performance profession
  • If you have decided that certification aligns with your career goals
  •  If you have the resources required (time, money, energy) to invest in the CPLP™
  •  If you have a good understanding of all nine areas of expertise of the ASTD Competency Study and are ready to start preparing to earn your CPLP™
  •  If you want to know where your understanding of CPLP™ content is strong, and also where you need to invest more effort in preparation in order to be successful.
