Steve Knight

 

Steve Knight is Executive Vice President, Senior Consultant and Partner at Integral Talent Systems, Inc. (ITS), a talent management-consulting firm based in Palo Alto, California.  Through the use of innovative products, tools and services, ITS supports organizations that are striving to develop a workplace culture and environment that attracts, engages, and retains top talent.

 

Steve has more than 25 years of experience in consulting on talent management, including employee retention, leadership development, succession planning. On boarding and career development. He has served clients such as Health Alliance Medical, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Oracle, Hewlett Packard, KLA -Tencor, Omnicom, Interpublic Group as well as many other organizations.

 

Prior to joining ITS, Steve was with Zenger-Miller, (now Achieve Global) where he served as Vice President of Consulting and Business Development for the Western United States. Before joining Zenger-Miller, Steve served for four years as a consultant for Psychological Associates, Inc. supporting clients in California and the Pacific Rim.  He began his career as a manufacturing manager in AT&T’s Western Electric business unit.

 

The major theme in Steve’s career as a consultant and leader has been to assist organizations align people, plans and systems to unlock employee motivation and generate top performance. His approach to clients is grounded in his own experience with P&L responsibility and in building and leading high performance teams.

 

He has been featured as a keynote speaker or workshop leader on employee retention issues in venues such as the American Strategic Management Institute, Clemson University’s Conference on Employee Retention, Nortel Networks HR Conference, McKesson’s Medical Management Conference, Linkage’s National Conference on Recruiting and Retention, The Northern California Human Resources Council, Stanford Alumni Association’s Management Retreat, Omnicom’s JAZZ Leadership Forum, and Hewlett Packard’s Consulting Services Division.

 

Steve holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and a Masters Degree. in organizational behavior. He serves on several boards including The Challenge Learning Center and The Kings Mountain Education Fund. Steve makes his home in Half Moon Bay, California.

Bruce Runnfeldt

 

Bruce Runnfeldt is the co-founder and President of InnerChange, Incorporated. Since 1987, he has worked with a wide variety of organizations providing creative solutions to talent management needs including recruiting and selection, on-boarding, performance management, training and development, pipeline planning and career planning. 

 

Prior to 1987, he served as Corporate Director of Training and Development for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Corporate Manager of Training and Development for Helene Curtis Industries, and worked as a Training Consultant for Abbott Laboratories and Organizational Consultants Inc. 

 

In addition to this corporate experience, Bruce has served as a member of the adjunct graduate faculty in Management and Organizational Behavior at Benedictine University and the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He has also provided services for governmental and non-profit organizations including Easter Seals of Metropolitan Chicago, the Veterans Administration, the Department of Justice, the IRS, the Chicago Metropolitan Agency For Planning and the National Opinion Research Center at the University of Chicago.

 

Bruce is a graduate of North Park College in Chicago, Illinois and received his Master of Science degree in Administration and Organizational Behavior from George Williams College in Downers Grove, Illinois.
