Tami L. Conner

Tami L. Conner brings her experiences in teaching, workplace training, curriculum design, and experiential learning to facilitate ASTD's new course, Building Workplace Relationships. Over the course of the last 15 years, Tami actively sought career opportunities that allowed her to utilize analytical as well as creative approaches to adult learning and training. Her unique professional background, which includes Restaurant General Management, Autism Specialist, and Instructional Designer, gives her deep insights into how humans learn and apply learning. Tami is passionate about her calling – helping adults learn and grow professionally and personally through training and coaching, and believes that all relationships - business or otherwise - are personal and integral to success and joy.

Tami earned a BA (University of South Carolina, Aiken) and MA (Oklahoma State University), both in English. She has designed and implemented training programs and instructional materials for a wide-variety of industry leaders. Tami is currently a Senior Consultant in partnership with FerrazziGreenlight.
