Building Workplace Relationships Certificate
Course Description
Whether engaged in transitioning company employees through organizational change, maintaining global employee relations, building intersite training platforms, or improving workforce retention, HR and training professionals need the support of strong and mutually-beneficial relationships. Strong relationships with management, colleagues, and other contacts enable HR and training professionals to spend their time more efficiently, become better problem-solvers, and contribute in positive ways to their organization’s bottom line. Additionally, when internal conflicts do arise, learning professionals who understand how to build strong relationships are ready to solve problems in beneficial ways.
Through this workshop, developed in partnership with Ferrazzi Greenlight, participants learn that one cannot create meaningful relationships through quick, casual encounters. Meaningful relationships require a personal investment of time and energy and strong personal relationships drive business performance as well as organizational growth.
For many professionals, the difficulty of managing a large number of contacts seems daunting, if not overwhelming. Successful business professionals struggle daily with finding the balance between the desirable challenge of expanding and deepening connections and the time and energy required to do so. This workshop will show how to do this effectively and efficiently.
