Action Learning Certificate

Course Description

This workshop introduces the essential elements and processes of action learning, and demonstrates how action learning can be used to solve problems, build leaders, develop teams, and change corporate culture. Participants will gain practical experience in a powerful, quick, globally-tested model of action learning developed over the past ten years by the World Institute for Action Learning. Skills will be developed by serving in the roles of action learning group member, project sponsor, and coach.
