Course Description
There seem to be endless variables to consider when an organization decides to use tests. How do I determine my organization's assessment needs? How do I know that my organization is using a test correctly? How do I identify and evaluate commercially available tests? How do I choose the right test vendor? How do I establish an effective testing program for job placement, training and development, certification, and management decision making? Before you can use test results to inform selection systems and grow your current workforce, you need a systematic approach to identify your assessment needs and the appropriate tools to use. Learn how to analyze your assessment needs and to establish an effective testing program. Click here for a week-by-week overview of what this program covers.
