Rapid Learning Techniques Certificate

Go beyond just lectures and slides.
This dynamic two-day program introduces learning professionals to methods that deepen and enhance learning and foster application and further learning on the job. Participants will learn to use structured and guided classroom, online, and on-the-job experiences; individual reflection; and group sharing activities to bring the reality of the workplace into the classroom and prepare the learners to apply what they have learned.

Accelerated Learning uses music, the arts, games, discovery activities, experiments, simulations, and reflection, and team building activities to deepen and accelerate the learning process. Participants will learn to apply the methods and approaches of Accelerated Learning in the classroom, online, and on-the-job to enhance and deepen learning and make it relevant to the organization and its goals. Participants will also have the opportunity to work on the design of a learning program or module during the two days. The Accelerated Learning cycle will provide a template for design and facilitation that makes learning programs more efficient and effective.

Audience
