The Universities

As a learning and performance professional, you understand that the best learning takes place over time and when you get a chance to apply what you’re learning. The college/university options helps you do that in a variety of ways:

• Experience in-depth hands-on learning in each of the five courses
  
• Gain constructive feedback on real projects as you immediately apply what you’ve learned
  
• Learn with your peers, guided by an experienced performance improvement practitioner
  
• Demonstrate positive return on investment before you even complete the program
  
• Eliminate travel expenses by attending classes in your own backyard.

The institutions listed below offer courses in the HPI Certificate Program throughout the year.  Most are offered on a non-credit basis so that you don’t have to go through a formal admissions or acceptance process. Each institution determines their own schedule and fees, usually in partnership with the local ASTD chapter. Contact your choice of institutions for more information.
