The only program of its kind, ASTD's Certificate in Human Performance Improvement offers you comprehensive, targeted coverage of Human Performance Improvement (HPI) topics – presented in an engaging, interactive, hands-on style. Recognized for setting the industry standard for HPI training, the ASTD HPI Certificate Program increases your value to your current employer while giving you highly marketable skills for the future.

Beginning January 1, 2009, the ASTD HPI Certificate Program has been reorganized to include three required courses: HPI in the Workplace, Analyzing Human Performance, and Selecting HPI Solutions. You are now able to select any two of the courses listed below to complete the five-course series.
This expanded flexibility allows participants to enhance their knowledge and skills across the Areas of Expertise in the ASTD competency model, and provides better integration of the HPI approach with the entire ASTD competency model.

(The courses previously in the HPI program, Evaluating HPI Solutions and Transitioning to Human Performance Improvement, will no longer be offered as open enrollment workshops, but are available to bring on-site.)

According to William J.
