It takes considerable time to coordinate all of the critical details to produce a successful ASTD TechKnowledge Conference. By meeting the established deadlines, you contribute greatly to that success.

Please keep a copy of all completed forms for your records.

Presentation Equipment Request/AV form
DUE:  October 26, 2011

Speaker Release form
DUE:  October 26, 2011
Please submit a separate Speaker Release Form for each speaker in the session.

Speaker Book Referral form
DUE:  October 26, 2011
The Speaker Book Referral form is used by the ASTD Press Department to determine what books will be available in the ASTD Bookstore. If applicable, please submit this form by the required date.
