Speaker Kit

The Speaker Kit gives you everything you'll need to navigate the role of speaker and deliver a winning session. The Speaker Kit is composed of four parts:

If your session requires an Internet connection or phone line, we MUST receive your AV form by November 19, 2007; otherwise, we can't guarantee an Internet connection or phone line.

Multiple Speakers/Repeated Sessions

• If there is more than one speaker in your session, coordinate with your co-speakers and return ONE set of forms for your session. The signature of one speaker will represent all speakers for that session. 
• If you are participating in more than one session or your session is repeated, submit one set of forms for EACH session.

Handouts
Deadline: December 21, 2007

Please carefully read and follow the Handout Guidelines section and adhere to the handout criteria. Handouts not meeting the criteria will be returned to you for editing.
 
If we don't receive your handout by December 21 or your edited handout by the requested date, ASTD may not be able to provide copies of your handout for your session nor post your handout on the conference website one week prior to the conference.
