New Process for Handouts!
ASTD has streamlined the handout process to better serve the learner, the speaker, and the environment (less paper). All concurrent sessions will have a dedicated website for the session materials for attendees to access.
Session Material for concurrent sessions will consist of the following:
Cover Page
Three slides per page (max of 12 slides or four pages)
Three worksheets for session exercises or three page can be used for other content in lieu of worksheets
One Job Aid (max of two pages—this captures the highlights for use back on the job)
Maximum of 10 total pages

ASTD will offer Workbooks for Preconference Workshops, Creation Stations and Tech Intensives which include worksheets, exercises, and resource materials to use after the session.
Session materials and workbooks will be posted to the conference website.
Please note that preconference workshop materials are not posted as these are fee-based programs.
