These deadlines are set to give sufficient time to coordinate all of the details involved in offering a conference and exposition the size of ASTD’s and are critical to its success. Therefore, we ask that all speakers comply with our established deadlines.
Please keep a copy of all completed forms.
If there is more than one speaker for your session, please coordinate with your co-speakers and submit one set of forms for your session. The signature of one speaker on the forms will represent all co-speakers.
NOTE: These forms can't be filled out or returned via this website. We've found that if you copy and paste these forms into an email, the forms become corrupted when sent. So please print forms and send via fax or mail.
