How do I subscribe?
ASTD members receive T+D magazine as part of their national membership dues. Non-members and chapter members can subscribe to T+D online or by phone at 1.800.628.2783 or 1.703.683.8100.
I haven't received my issue of T+D. What do I do?
If you're a subscriber, send questions to memberservices@astd.org or, chat with a customer care agent online. Claims for replacement of subscription issues not received must be made within 90 days of the issue date.
How do I notify ASTD about a change in my address?
Send the new address to memberservices@astd.org, call 1.800.628.2783 or 1.703.683.8100, or change your profile online. You will need to be registered and signed in on the ASTD site to change your address online.
I'm an ASTD Member, but I've forgotten my Member ID and Password. How do I log in to read articles?
If you are signed in on the ASTD Website you will be able to access all member only content. To register on the site, and retrive your ID and Password, simply click on "sign in" in the green bar that appears on each web page. You may request your ID and Password from the Sign In page. Or contact memberservices@astd.org, or call 1.800.628.2783 or 1.703.683.8100
How can I purchase single copies of articles?
Articles dating back to 1998 are available in downloadable PDF files through the ASTD Online store at store.astd.org. Use the store's search engine to locate topics and authors. Members may download articles for free.
How do I get permission to photocopy articles for use in my training courses or to distribute to colleagues?

Is it possible to contact authors directly?

How do I improve my chances of getting an article published in T+D?
Please read through several recent issues of T+D to get an idea of the content and tone. Like most magazines, we have a strict policy against double submissions. Please do not send us a manuscript that is being considered by another publication or that has been accepted or published elsewhere. Be sure to read the author guidelines for tips on how to prepare your manuscript and to get an overview of the review process. Also, review the editorial calendar to see the type of content we're looking for.
