Learning executives’ expectations were slightly more positive at the year’s end. This quarter continued to show results that were higher than those seen in each quarter of 2010. However, the LXCI score remains lower than in the first two quarters for 2011. Derived from the responses of 408 learning executives to an online, invitation-only survey, these scores demonstrate that collectively, LXs continue to expect their learning functions to improve over the next six months. The aggregate 2011 Q4 score of 66.6 indicates that learning executives’ expectations remain high and may continue to rise in 2012. The average score for 2011 shows that each of the four key indices scores remain higher than the 2010 average.
