Presenting the workshop is renowned measurement and evaluation expert Patricia Pulliam Phillips and Melissa Scherwinski, director of performance analysis and measurement for the Employee Education System of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Phillips, who will also serve as the workshop facilitator, will incorporate a public sector case study into ASTD's Bottomline on ROI Certificate Program. Scherwinski will discuss her work developing and managing the analysis and measurement initiatives at the Department of Veteran Affairs.
