According to a survey on corporate transparency of HR policies and processes by AMA Enterprise, a specialized division of American Management Association, almost half of the organizations report limited transparency when it comes to succession planning. Organizations are more open about other processes, including employee survey findings, corporate strategy, and performance reviews.
