Cognitive Decline Need Not be Part of Aging

Researchers recently revealed that doing properly designed cognitive activities can enhance memory and other cognitive abilities as you get older. The research, led by scientists from the Mayo Clinic and the University of Southern California, was presented at the 60th Annual Meeting of the Gerontological Society of America.
