"I want to learn about practices to take back to my company. I'm also interested in doing some benchmarking against what we are currently doing." "Evaluation, evaluation, evaluation. I have lots of data and don't know that to do with it. I'm looking to learn more about the levels of evaluation." "I'm interested in learning about the latest trends and new practices in learning. This is my first time at ICE, and I'm looking forward to connecting with other professionals here." "I'm looking forward to hearing the keynote speakers. I heard a TED presentation by Sir Ken Robinson that was great, so I'm really looking forward to hearing him."

"Just because you’re good at something doesn't mean it has to be what you do for a living. It's important to be passionate about something even if you're mediocre." "Scott Blanchard's session on leadership was great. He explained that leaders need to look at themselves to ensure they're providing good leadership while also developing others." "The Opening General Session from start to finish. It opened with some excitement with the jugglers." "Reconnecting with colleagues from previous conferences and renewing relationships. I also presented a session this year, which had a great turnout." "This is my first conference, and the EXPO Hall is enormous. There's so much to see."
