Sharon Boller is founder and president of Bottom-Line Performance, an Indianapolis-based consulting firm that specializes in custom training course design and development as well as performance consulting. She has been in the field of training and development for more than 20 years, and has extensive experience in instructional design and performance consulting. Her expertise includes the design and development of instructor-led and Web-based programs, management of diverse teams that blend internal and external team members, and management of virtual teams. Her insights into teamwork are based on real-life experiences leading and working within teams.
Boller has been a featured presenter for the Central Indiana, Western Ohio, and Cincinnati chapters of the ASTD, as well as for numerous international conferences sponsored by the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). She has twice been invited to serve as an encore speaker for ISPI. She holds both undergraduate and master's degrees from Indiana University, and she has served on the board of directors for the Central Indiana chapter of ASTD, most recently in the position of past-president.
