A Concise and Useful Management Reference
I was very impressed by the depth of research, creative thought, and practical suggestions provided in this book. I also enjoyed the many interesting quotes. It is an insightful commentary on management in today's world.

There's Nothing More Practical than a Good Theory!
Flagello and Dugas offer a wonderful coaching manual complete with the underlying management theories and the practical applications to those of us on the front line. It's the first time that I've ever understood Senge! There are thought-provoking questions with sections for notes and planning. And wonderful quotes and little stories that inspire and amuse. This is a must read for new managers and old ones like me, who can not be reminded enough that one's own challenges and development needs will impact our management of others' challenges and development needs. I have ordered four copies for my new managers and friends.
