PLEASE NOTE: The updates described below are for the ASTD Learning System in book and eBook form sold through 8/31/13. The NEW ASTD Learning System includes all updates based on the 2013 Competency Model.

Social Learning Update

2009 Content Updates

The ASTD Learning System was updated to reflect changes to the profession as shown by an ASTD Competency Model pulse check study. While the changes are relatively minor, you will find new or enhanced information on the topics of leadership and technology in the chapters listed below.

These changes have been implemented in the ASTD Learning System print editions sold after October 9, 2009. If you purchased an ASTD Learning System after this date, you do not need to download the changes on this page. If you have an older version, please continue. Please note that the updated information will only impact the CPLP Knowledge Exams  through September 14-October 5, 2013. The new exam that begins in March 2014 will reflect information found in the new ASTD Learning System.
