Talent development professionals are increasingly called on to create video content that extends learning beyond the classroom; as well as to introduce more learning resources into training.

In this YouTube video, attendees of the ATD Rapid Video Development for Learning Certificate and I discuss what is covered in the program—from teaching talent development professionals how to use consumer-level equipment to creating engaging video that looks professional and reinforces learning. Participants will learn all aspects of shooting professional-looking video: planning, pre-production, shooting, recording sound, editing, and deployment.

To boost your video development skills, join me for the next ATD Rapid Video Development for Learning Certificate program November 6-7, 2014, in New York, NY or January 16-17 in Las Vegas, NV.
