Therefore, our workforce is potentially under-producing by a whopping 24%! Here’s what that means, depending on the size of your organization:
- For a $1B corporation, the productivity loss is $240 million.
- For a $100M corporation, the productivity loss is $24 Million.
- For a $10M corporation, the productivity loss is $2.4 Million.
Those are huge losses! The figures are also a clue about how to get a huge boost in profits: by having leaders take specific actions to increase their company’s ROI.”
