Dan Gallagher, manager of Comcast’s high-potential leadership program and author of the ASTD book, The Self-Aware Leader, will lead a free interactive webcast on how to incorporate instructional design strategies that foster self-awareness in leaders.

Gallagher is the Vice President of Learning and Development Operation for Comcast University, responsible for the training strategy for all Comcast business units. He has over 15 years of experience in leadership and organizational development roles.
In 2006, Dan co-founded Generous Generations, a non-profit that promotes generosity in families. In 2010 he founded Gallagher Leadership and in 2012 he published The Self-Aware Leader with ASTD. All proceeds from the sale of the book go to City Year, a volunteer program in which young people serve as mentors, tutor, and role models to help keep other kids in school.
