In-person help accessing your member benefits
Quick, what is the fastest, easiest way to access your member benefits online? If you thought of the ASTD Member Center, you’re on the right track. Each day, thousands of in-the-know members visit this hub to read T+D magazine online, search the ASTD Online Library, catch up on ASTD Links, or view an on-demand webcast. If you haven’t visited the Member Center lately, you are missing out!
What if you’re interested in accessing your benefits, but have forgotten your member username and password or have run into trouble registering for the website? Or, what if you have questions about what is available to you as part of your membership? Please stop by the Membership Booth for on-the-spot assistance.
(Onsite tip: in your conference totebag you’ll find a postcard featuring quick links to your benefits as well as a convenient place to write down your member login. Look for the distinctive red, white, and black design!)
What about the fun stuff?
Drop off the ticket included with your badge credentials for a chance to win a lifetime ASTD membership or other great learning and development prizes.
Also, don’t forget to pick up a member ribbon for your badge, a custom luggage tag made from your own paper business card, a fun button, and/or a heart-shaped key chain to show the world how much you “♥” training.
