If you’re wondering how you can benefit from working with a career coach, answer these questions.
- Are you unhappy in your position, yet also fear changing jobs?
- Do you want to do something more fulfilling, but believe that due to the economy this is the worst time to look for a new position?
- Have you lost interest in your current position and can’t imagine staying long term?
- Are you obtaining certifications or a degree and not sure if your current employer will value them for a promotion or a different career?
- Are you currently looking for your next position or think you will need to in the near future?
- Are you trying to transition into a different aspect of training and development?
- Do you feel that you can’t relate to your boss?
- Are you at a point in your career where balancing work and family is a real goal, not just rhetoric?
- Do you just need a change?
If you responded yes, to any of these questions, then plan to schedule an appointment with a career coach during the ASTD International Conference & Exposition in Denver. Our career coaches will help you take positive steps that will get you unstuck and feel empowered!
