Popular ASTD LearnNow Conference Expands - Next Event in April

Conference partner Ontuitive to share real-world succes strategies with attendees.

To meet the demand of learning professionals hungry for information about the latest trends in learning technology, ASTD announces an expansion of its popular LearnNow Conference. Introduced in 2011, LearnNow was an immediate success, selling out in just a matter of weeks. In 2012 ASTD will offer two LearnNow conferences, in April and July.
 
As the world of workplace learning and development evolves, cutting edge learning professionals are integrating informal, social, and mobile learning into their L&D strategies. ASTD’s LearnNow Conference is designed to equip attendees with the knowledge and tools needed to take the learning function to the next level.

ASTD is partnering with Ontuitive (formerly LearningGuide) to deliver LearnNow. Renowned expert Bob Mosher, Global Chief of Learning Strategy and Evangelism, and Conrad Gottfredson, Chief Learning Strategist, both at Ontuitive, will again act as lead facilitator for this event. Renowned learning experts Cammy Bean, VP of Learning Design at Kineo, and Chad Udell, Managing Partner at Float Mobile Learning, will also facilitate the conference.

Justin Brusino, the conference organizer and manager of ASTD’s Learning Technologies Community of Practice, says this event will help learning professionals better understand informal learning, social and mobile learning, and how they can be used to drive organizational results. He adds that attendees will learn how to:
