(From KuwaitTimes.net) KUWAIT: Minister of Education and Higher Education Dr Moudhi Al-Humoud underlined here yesterday the importance of transformation from traditional education to the electronic education because it enables learners to link up with the world to keep pace with educational variables.
On behalf of His Highness the Amir, Al-Hmoud said at the opening of the Regional Conference on e-learning under the slogan (e-learning education for all) that e-learning education has become essential and not optional and "We aspire to be part of the global system, which keeps pace with the variables of education.
