ASTD's Galagan featured in HR Executive Story on Army Wiki Use

Anyone paying attention to ASTD lately knows the organization has embraced the concept of social learning as an effective tool for training and development. Executive editor Pat Galagan continues to copious amounts of research on social networks and Web 2.0 technologies and how they are being implemented to foster training. Last week a reporter from HR Executive magazine called wanting to talk to someone at ASTD who could comment on a recent New York Times story detailing the use of wikis by the U.S. Army in their training efforts.
