Thresette Briggs is the founder and president of Performance 3, LLC, a women-owned management consulting firm that partners with leaders to overcome performance challenges in people, processes, and productivity. Performance 3 provides custom services in organizational development, facilitation and training, and inspirational speaking. For more than 20 years, Thresette has designed sustainable high-performance solutions that ultimately transform leaders and organizations. She holds multiple business certifications and is a certified executive coach and certified professional speaker. She has received numerous awards and recognition, and her articles and blogs for maintaining high performance are featured in local and national publications. Thresette is also a sought-after speaker and presenter for conferences, seminars, workshops, retreats, and webinars, and her first book will be published this fall. Thresette holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a BBA from The Wichita State University. She enjoys developing world-changing leaders as an MBA Leadership Coach for Butler University, and as an Adjunct Faculty member for Indiana Wesleyan University’s School of Business and Leadership. Thresette is a graduate of Lacy Leadership Association’s Leadership Education And Development (LEAD) program, and has recently been selected by the Indiana Chamber as a business leader to assist with developing Indiana Vision 2025. She is also actively involved in the Indianapolis community, serving on three boards and in leadership at her church.
