Donald P. Moynihan is professor of public affairs at the La Follette School of Public Affairs, University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is the author of The Dynamics of Performance Management, which has won awards from the American Political Science Association and the Academy of Management. He is a member of the National Academy of Public Administration.
