Evert Pruis (1966), Msc worked as change manager and learning consultant for Atos and Shell - Royal Dutch Oil upon receiving his Masters in educational design and development. At present he is a Corporate Talent Development Specialist, partner of Forzes and founder of ROI on Talent. It is his passion to work on the company added value of learning. He does this through innovative interventions that directly improve work performance.  

Since 2008 Evert has helped clients envision, build and deliver frameworks for talent development and talentmanagement. Sales directors at ING Bank recommend him for his positive influence on leadership and talent development. Evert has spoken at A(S)TD eight times and has delivered his TED talk on "The Future of Talent" at TEDxStrijp.
